For MAC OS X: Click on the appropriate monitor size and a new window will open up wtih the JPG image. Then hold down the "Ctrl" button and click on the image with your mouse - it should open up a menu box. Select "Download Image to Disk" or "Save Image As." You will want to download this image to your "Desktop Pictures" folder (it should be in your hard drive). Then go into "System Preferences" and click onto "Desktop & Screensaver." Then, on the left, select "Desktop Pictures" and scroll down and choose your downloaded image.

For PC's: Click on the appropriate monitor size and a new window will open up with the JPG image. Then, right click on the image and a Menu will pop up, select "Set As Background."
